Mr. Royse possesses a record of extensive, successful, leadership experience being assigned progressively more difficult problems which have required him to develop teams, lead teams and complete tasks for, and win work from, government and commercial clients. Mr. Royse has extensive knowledge of developing, capturing, winning and managing System Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA), Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) and Performer work. Along with his Executive/Program Management, Strategic Planning and Department of Defense Acquisition Management achievements, Mr. Royse is an experienced Business Development leader winning, assisting with winning, staffing and working on contracts for the Federal Government as well as pursuing work at international, state and local levels.
